I am Brazilian and currently live in Portugal, in the city of Porto, where I am doing my Masters in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Porto.

Vegetarian since I was four years old, my biggest motivation to stop consuming animals was the love and compassion I feel for these beings.

I chose the Faculty of Nutrition, because at that time it was very rare to find a health professional who supported a completely plant-based diet. I felt I needed to know more and help these people who wanted to adopt this lifestyle.

In 2007, in my second year of college, I became a vegan and an activist. At the time, I participated in several protests and events against rodeos, against animal testing and raising awareness about everything that animals suffer from human action and how all this has been harmful to our planet.

​

Graduated since 2009, I worked in several restaurants, including the opening of the first totally vegan cafeteria inside a large amusement park, Hopi Hari.

 Even with other professional experiences, clinical care has always been my passion!

 

So, since 2019, I have been serving people who are vegetarian, vegan, or just want to reduce their meat consumption for health.
